Mr. Caudill joined RCG in January 2023 and currently serves as its Senior Vice President of Finance with responsibility for managing the company’s debt instruments, financial forecasting, and investor relations. Prior to joining RCG, Mr. Caudill spent 16 years at Piedmont Office Realty Trust (NYSE: PDM) and IP Capital Partners, LLC. At Piedmont, he led the Financial Planning & Analysis and whose prior responsibilities included oversight of leasing, management, and capital markets for Piedmont’s Georgia and Florida portfolios.
Mr. Caudill is a member of ICSC and previously served on the Board of Directors for NAIOP Central Florida.
