RCG Ventures (Fund III) Acquires Three Shopping Centers in Tennessee, Alabama, and Michigan

The 168,210-SF West Towne Commons, anchored by TJMaxx, Stein Mart, OfficeMax, Petco, and Target (not owned), is conveniently located at the signalized intersection of Highway 45 and Oil Well Road, which reports an average traffic count of 45,000 vehicles per day. National retailers in close proximity to the center include Kroger, Lowe’s, Walmart, Home Depot, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Kohl’s. The seller was represented by Johnny Lamberson and Terry Radford of CBRE and RCG was represented in-house by Jeff Miller.
