RCG Ventures (Fund III) Acquires Shopping Centers in Mississippi and Ohio

A 114,425-SF community center, Kings Crossing is located in Tupelo, MS, and anchored by Ross Dress for Less and Kohl’s (shadow-anchor). The center is situated in the heart of the primary retail corridor serving Northeast Mississippi and is in close proximity to US Highway 78 and US Highway 45.  The center is adjacent to the Mall at Barnes Crossing, which provides a major regional draw including 13.2 million annual customers and over 700,000 square feet of retail space. The Seller was represented by Kevin Reavey and Chris Decouflé of CBRE and RCG was represented in-house by Scott Tarbet.

Southland 75 is 117,410-SF and anchored by Hobby Lobby, Dollar Tree, and Furniture Fair (not owned). The center is positioned in a strong commercial trade area at the intersection of North Springboro Pike and Lyons Road and is located in close proximity to the affluent suburban residential areas of Centerville and Kettering. Directly across the street from the center is Dayton Mall, a 1.3 million square foot super regional mall anchored by Macy’s, Sears, JC Penney and Elder-Beerman. The Seller was represented of Ryan Nelson with Foresite Realty Partners and RCG was represented in-house by Jeff Miller.
