Valley Park Centre is located in Russellville, Arkansas at the intersection of I-40 and Main Street/Highway 64. The 299,000 SF shopping center boasts combined traffic counts of over 45,000 vehicles per day and is anchored by TJMaxx, Belk, JCPenney, Ross, Hobby Lobby, and Petsmart. The area’s two largest employers, ConAgra and Tyson Foods, are located directly across the street and Arkansas Tech University (over 12,000 students) is less than 3 miles from the center. Directly across from the center is Genesee Valley Center, a 1.3 million square foot enclosed regional mall, anchored by Macy’s, JCPenney, and Sears. This well-located power center is easily accessible with excellent visibility and features traffic counts of over 100,000 vehicles per day along Interstate 240. The center is anchored by Michaels, Old Navy, Ross, Marshalls, PetSmart, and Best Buy. The center is near several other local amenities including the Chesapeake Energy Arena, Will Rogers World Airport, Oklahoma River, and Cox Convention Center.
