RCG Sells Property In Tennessee


January 2009: In January 2009, Atlanta-based RCG Ventures sold a single-tenant property, 100% occupied by Tractor Supply Co. The 39,300 square foot property is located in Carthage, TN and was purchased for $2,313,125 by a California-based company.

Acquisition: Shenandoah Plaza in Newnan, Georgia!


January 2009: RCG Ventures is pleased to announce the purchase of Shenandoah Plaza from Centro Properties. Shenandoah Plaza is a 146,121 SF shopping center anchored by Big Lots, Goodwill, Dollar General and HOV Services. The center is located on Bullsboro Drive in Newnan, GA, just 30 miles southwest of Atlanta.

October 2008: RCG announces the purchase of two shopping centers in October. These transactions have added the following properties to RCG Ventures’ growing portfolio:

Fall Line Plaza (54,155 SF) is anchored by Piggly Wiggly and Family Dollar, Fall Line Plaza is located in Macon, GA, 75 miles south of Atlanta, at the intersection of Rocky Creek Road and Interstate 75.

Governor’s Crossing (135,491 SF) is anchored by Books-A-Million and Vanity Fair Outlet, Governor’s Crossing is located in Sevierville, TN at the corner of Collier Drive and Hurley Drive.

June 2008: RCG Ventures I, LLC has recently purchased a 39,640 Square Foot former Wal-Mart store from a private seller. The subject is located approximately 50 miles east of Nashville in Carthage, TN. RCG was able to execute a 10 year NNN Lease with the Tractor Supply Company (NYSE: TSCO – Mkt Cap: $1.12B) prior to closing. New Acquisition: East Side Plaza; Gadsden, AL


March 2008: RCG Ventures is pleased to announce the recent purchase of East Side Plaza (Gadsden, AL) from Developers Diversified Realty. East Side Plaza is an 85,196 square foot shopping center anchored by Fred’s, Burke’s, Dollar General, and Food World (separately owned). Prior to closing, RCG was able to execute a lease with Tractor Supply as well.

New Acquisition: Three Georgia Properties


December 2007: We are pleased to announce the purchase of three retail properties in Georgia. The acquisition included Colony Square and West Towne Square, both purchased from Equity One, Inc. In a separate transaction, Cordele Corners was purchased from CW Capital. The acquisition has added close to 190,000 SF to RCG Ventures’ expanding portfolio.

October 2007: RCG Ventures is pleased to announce the purchase of Woodland Plaza from Mountaineer Development, Ltd. Anchored by Food City, Advance Auto Parts, and Family Dollar, this 92,095 square foot shopping center boasts an excellent tenant mix with strong store sales. Woodland Plaza is located in Harlan, KY.
