RCG Finishes Strong in 2016 with Acquisitions in Ohio, Florida, and Indiana

Cobblestone Village, anchored by Belk, is located in Palm Coast, Florida, the most populous city in Flagler County. The center is less than a quarter mile from the I-95 interchange and positioned along Palm Coast’s main corridor, Palm Coast Parkway, with over 35,000 vehicles per day. The property features national tenants Belk, Carrabba’s, and Anytime Fitness and is contiguous to Lowe’s and Walmart Supercenter. The Seller was represented by Dan Colachicco of Crossman and Company and RCG was represented in-house by Scott Tarbet.
 
Riverside Plaza, located in Terre Haute, Indiana, is anchored by Burlington Coat Factory and contains many other national retailers. The property is positioned on Terre Haute’s premier retail corridor and in close proximity to Towne South Plaza, Honey Creek Shoppes and directly across from Honey Creek Mall, which includes national retailers Macy’s, JCPenney, Sears, and Carson’s. Terre Haute is home to four colleges and universities including Indiana State. The Seller was represented by Rebecca Wells of Jones Lang LaSalle and RCG was represented in-house by Jeff Miller.
 
Chillicothe Plaza, located in Chillicothe, Ohio, is situated along North Bridge Street which is the dominant retail corridor and boasts traffic counts of over 42,000 vehicles per day. The center is anchored by Big Lots, Hobby Lobby, Kroger (not owned), and Lowe’s (not owned). The property is situated among three major retail developments totaling over 600,000 SF and featuring over 25 major retailers including Home Depot, Office Max, CVS, JCPenney, Sears, TJMaxx, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Petco, and Menards.
