Pensacola Square is a 142,767 SF community shopping center in Pensacola, FL. This well located center is anchored by Big Lots, Bealls Outlet, Sears Home Appliance Showroom, and Petland and is shadow anchored by Hobby Lobby and Books-A-Million. It is located along North Davis Highway, a major north-south commercial and retail thoroughfare with traffic counts above 35,000 vehicles per day. The Seller was a public REIT and represented by Carson Good, Tarik Bateh, David Monahan and Cameron Pittman of JLL.  RCG was represented in-house by Nicole Horne.

 

The Commons  |  Salisbury, MD

The Commons is a 130,154 SF shopping center in Salisbury, MD. Anchored by Michaels, Best Buy, and PetSmart, and shadow anchored by Home Depot and Target, the Center also includes a McDonald’s outparcel. The Commons is situated along N Salisbury Boulevard (U.S. Route 13), which enjoys traffic counts of 38,000 vehicles per day. The Seller was a public REIT and represented by R. William Kent, Ryan Sciullo and Joe Schneider of CBRE.  RCG represented itself on the transaction.
